Core PROCESS: HOW it works
When new salvage arrives, enter the Vin# in our provided Vin Search program, which shows all the parts we buy and their current values.
Choose which parts parts to remove from the salvage vehicle.
Print 2 copies: one copy for your reference, the other copy for your dismantler.
Your dismantler pulls the selected parts and checks them off on the core sheet to confirm which units were pulled.
Pulled parts are placed in a provided bin.
Completed core sheets are put in a folder with the bin when it's ready for pickup.
Relax! We take care of the rest.
Canadian Auto Cores will pick up your core bin and reference sheets.
At our warehouse, each core is electronically processed and checked for quality control (See core requirements), usually 2-4 weeks.
Once complete, an itemized purchase receipt is provided by email or fax.
Payment is issued.
